Fraudulent Tax Returns and a Homicide.

Dear Mr. Brady,

Here is the, "KEY", to the front door of the, Governor's Mansion. "DON'T MESS THIS UP"!

I hope by this time you have contacted the media and called for Quinn, Sheila Simon, Lisa Madigan, et al to, "DROP OUT OF THE RACE", for aiding and abetting, a "FELON", (Former Director of the Illinois State Police Larry Trent. (see below)".

You see, Trent along with corrupt members of the, DCI, IRS, IDR, FBI, and several others have prevented Venice Gas & Oil Co, (my family's business for over 60 years), from filing, "ACCURATE,TRUTHFUL", Tax returns going back to 1956, and is aware of stolen items, (especially from the Granite City Army Depot), being fenced through said business to get the blackmail and extortion money, for the corrupt police, politicians, and school board.

This coupled with the homicide of Jeanne Daniels Spiroff (sister of City Councilman Phil Daniels, who left town the day following her death), promises to make this the most entertaining campaign,"EVER"!

I delivered the money, from the age of 8 - 22, and I can prove it! I don't have to say anything, they'll be turned in by their own kind, but I will be happy to show you the documentation and evidence. (See Below)

There is a homicide and fraudulent income tax returns, dating back to 1956 involved, so the statute of limitations is moot. I have all of the evidence, documentation and "FINGER PRINTS" of former State Senator Frank Watson and State Police Commander Runyon, District 11 Collinsville, on the same sheet of paper used to keep track of the amounts of stolen gasoline passing through the business.

Congratulations on your new appointment. I had more than a little to do with this happening, since I was the one that advised U S Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald on 12/12/08, and Attorney General Lisa Madigan, on 2/5/09, that Illinois State Police Director, Larry Trent was guilty of several felonies, including concealing a homicide.
In order to help clean up your office even further, you might want to send a couple of your most trusted agents to pick up DCI agent David Walker (Dist. 11 Collinsville?). When he gets there, ask him to tell you, "everything about Venice Gas & Oil, and don’t leave anything out"! Pay particular attention to his facial expressions and body language. He along with agents, Trent, Jere Juenger, and David Lauer, lied during the investigation concerning our family business of over 60 years, in Venice, IL. This has prevented me from filing accurate tax records to the Federal Government and State of Illinois. What's the best way to talk to someone that doesn't want to talk to you? OWE 'EM MONEY!

I’m mailing along the necessary documents that will detect any lie he might tell you, along with a copy of the page recording the receipt of the stolen gasoline. He purposely changed the reported amount from 1000 gallons per week, to 100 gallons per week, at Dist 11 HQ’s 7/29/86. Later at a meeting 9/27/88, Jere Juenger changed the amount to "Zero", and threatened to sue me! He also stated that the gasoline pumps were over 30 years old, when in actuality; they were 7 years old, at the time of the meeting. I have the production date stamp.

When I attempted to file a complaint with the, Division of Internal Affairs, Springfield, in June of 1988, I was told by then Superintendent, David Williams, “if you ever contact this office again, you'll be the sorriest son - of - a - bitch in Illinois ".

Two of the people in attendance at the meeting 9/27/88, were State Senator Frank Watson, and then Commander Damon Runyon of the DCI, Jim Martin and Jim McCaffery of the IDR, and Jere Juenger of the DCI. I have Watson and Runyon's finger prints on the document that kept track of how many gallons of stolen gasoline were delivered.
A friend of mine in the Sheriff’s Department in Edwardsville, IL said that they were "going to work the stall on me". He was right. This all started as a simple request of the State’s Attorney at the time, Dick Allen (my family’s neighbor in Granite City in the early 50’s). When I called, he said, “Mike how’s your mom and dad “. After the pleasantries, "he said come on up and I’ll have warrants issued for these little bastards". Once he saw the names of the people involved, he couldn’t get out of the room fast enough.

On Friday, 12/12/08 after the Governor Blagojevich arrest, and the subsequent Press Conference held by the U S Attorney asking "all private citizens to come forward", I delivered a file to the U S Attorney's Office, for Special Agent Christine Rodriguez. This file contains documents that prove the Director of the Illinois State Police ( at that time ), Larry Trent is a felon, covering up a homicide (Jeanne Daniels Spiroff), the fencing of, millions of dollars of stolen gasoline to finance the payoffs to the politicians, police and school board. On 2/5/09, the same file was put in the hands of Attorney General Lisa Madigan, by me! Her office was to advise the disposition to us on 2/18/09. Sure, just try getting a hold of her when you mention, “Venice Gas & Oil ".

Enclosed you will find copies of the Emails sent to substantiate my allegations, along with some of the documentation (evidence). The Madison County State's Attorney refused to let my family file criminal charges, but instead sent a go-between to tell my father "if we paid $5000.00, we could do anything we wanted in Madison or St. Clair Co". The Venice Police Department had two "Hits" on me, and Charlie Bosworth of the St. Louis Post Dispatch sat on the story (I’m sure the fact that his uncle worked for the City of Venice had nothing to do with that fact).

I will be forwarding copies of the documents sent to the Inspector General of the Justice Dept. If you need further verification, make an appointment with Attorney General Lisa Madigan, and before you hang up give her the "oh by the way line". Tell her to send two of her most trusted aides to pickup Agent David Walker, (District 11 Collinsville)? While he's on his way to Springfield, tell her to call in Director Larry Trent and say "tell me everything about Venice Gas & Oil, and don't leave anything out". Pay particular attention to his body language and facial expressions. When Walker arrives, ask him the same question, and see how much their story's differ. Then, you can hand her the REAL evidence.

The General Accounting Office suggested that I contact you concerning this matter (Email # 52342, 8/21/08). There shouldn't be any questions concerning my allegations, since in the past 50 years Illinois has lead the nation in the number of Governors that went to prison. However, if there are, the documentation in our possession will prove us out. We await your response.

I'll "allege" that former Gov. Thompson quashed a fraudulent Sales Tax Investigation being conducted by that department. State Senator Frank Watson and the ILL. Dept of Criminal Investigation covered up the matter that, my Grandmother was fencing a 1000 gallons per week of stolen gasoline to finance the, "Kick Backs" to the Police Department and School Board (from the age of 8 - 22, I delivered the money).

The Department of Criminal Investigation of the Illinois State Police, was made aware of this by two of the participants, complete with the name of the person delivering the "Extra" gasoline, later the detectives changed the amount to 100 gallons per week, after that, they changed the amount to "ZERO" and threatened to sue me! One of the people involved is Larry Trent the current head of the Illinois State Police.

Items stolen from the Granite City Army Depot were fenced through our family business and the U. S. Attorney (Fred Hess) and FBI (Belleville, Alton and Springfield) office acted like it wasn't even happening. Later the Congressional Rep.(Mel Price)stepped in and gave the Depot $9,000,000, and the matter was dropped.

There was an alleged homicide involved, Jeanne Daniels Spiroff, sister to Phil Daniels Venice City Councilman who resigned and left town the day following her death. I'll be happy to fax or bring all filed documents and correspondence to you, or a staff member at your convenience. This will include Fraudulent Federal Tax returns, Fraudulent Federal Tax Exemption Certificates for City of Venice purchases from Venice Gas & Oil. and more.

There is a simple solution to this seemingly unbelievable problem. If you appoint an Independent Special Prosecutor to subpoena the 5 people listed below this won't even take 3 weeks. The money including interest and penalties runs into the millions of dollars.
1. Phillip Daniels - former Venice ,IL City Councilman
2. Dave Walker - ILL. Department of Criminal Investigation Detective
3. Greg Ozment - former ILL. Department of Revenue Special Agent
4. Bruce Fletcher - former Venice City Policeman (assisted in foiling the second "Hit" on me) after he had been sent the day before to threaten and intimidate me. When I showed him the Fed. Tax returns and asked if he was familiar with the term "Conspiracy to Defraud the Federal Government" he just snapped, and became very apologetic.
